I bought this fantastic London pop-up card from Muji last week. It's fun and beautifully crafted with substantial cream cardstock. They also have Paris and New York in this series. While I was browsing, I also noticed that Muji stock a really funky set of wooden shapes which represent iconic buildings from cities such as New York, Tokyo or London.

Venetian delights
I was lucky enough to spend a few sun drenched days in Venice last week. The city was as dreamy as ever and I got delightfully lost wandering the narrow streets behind San Marco square. I quickly gave up trying to locate myself on the map and instead explored the fabulous Paper shops that are dotted around the city. My favourite was Il Papiro, a treasure trove of beautifully crafted, exquisite paper products. I bought this pretty card for a friend and some colourful stickers for my scrap-book.

London Skies and Victorian rooftops
Bluebells in the Spring
Just a short line to say that we were in Devon a few weeks ago and spent a magical hour walking among the bluebells in this clearing which was once an Iron Age Fort. There is a very mysterious atmosphere as you make your way quietly through the trees, it's very peaceful and very beautiful. I can still smell the sweet scent of bluebells as I type this.
Our online boutique has launched
It's been a really exciting few days. Our site http://www.papergrain.co.uk/ launched last week. We spent months planning the website and tracking down beautiful and elegant greeting cards, note card sets, journals and other lovely paper accessories. I have so enjoyed the process, especially meeting with all those incredibly talented designers out there who are creating gorgeous products. It all started with a road trip along the East Coast of America, during which I discovered some fabulous letterpress brands. This was the stationery I had been searching for all my life! After my return to the UK, I felt so inspired that I decided to open an online shop selling beautiful, original personal stationery.
Above is a picture of a pretty greeting card by London-based designer Emily Burningham who creates the most magical floral designs.
