We've just finished loading up a really fabulous array of gorgeous greeting cards, including these designs by Ellen Giggenbach whose artwork is created by hand-cutting specially coloured paper to produce 1950s and 1960s inspired designs.

I was taken on a wonderful tour of the Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris at the weekend and was so incredibly impressed with the museum's wonderful collection of beautifully displayed decorative objects, from furniture, ceramics, glass and sculpture to textiles. Here are some pics of fashion designer Jeanne Lanvin's fabulous apartment which has been meticulously re-created within the museum.

Quite a few of our customers pointed out that we should be stocking Pet Sympathy cards. Well, we searched high and low and while in the USA, we tracked down two tasteful designs produced by Caspari. These are now available from our online shop.
This blog is turning a bit foodie this month, although it would be true to say that good food and drink are never that far from our minds! Anyway, were you to buy a few tasty bites from Gail's Bakery ( see post below) you could definitely pair these up with a cup of Tea Pigs tea! We recently stumbled upon their lovely online shop and have become completely hooked on their peppermint tea. Once you taste the magical stuff, you will never want supermarket peppermint tea again! Their breakfast tea is really exceptional too and we are definitely a lot more productive when we start the day with it!

We're huge fans of Gail's bakery in Hampstead. They produce scrumptious old fashioned bread which is entirely free of chemicals and additives and tastes as good as the bread that comes out of the best French boulangeries ( if not better!). My favourite is the malted brown bloomer but am not averse to munching on the poppy seed loaf! I think there are several branches across London ( there is one in Notting Hill and another in St John's Wood).

We're already proud owners of one of Dee's gorgeous prints and lo and behold, she has just produced a new series featuring these stylish nordic hares. Another one to add to our shopping list! Check out her etsy shop here http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=27124854&ref=em
Have a look at this marvellous blog by a very special and talented bear! I hope he won't mind us putting his picture up here but we really couldn't resist. He really is one in a million. Bears like that don't come along very often in our view!
