Fun new Birthday Cards for Kids

We absolutely adore these " Lift the Flap" birthday cards which we have just added to the site. They feature 5 secret windows that can be opened to reveal hidden images. Why were these not around when we were kids!?

Camden Arts Centre - Anya Gallacio

I am a huge fan of Camden Arts Centre, a wonderful public gallery housed in what was once Hampstead Library. The entire building was renovated a few years ago by architect Tony Fretton and the resulting exhibitions spaces are really fabulous. I popped in recently to see Anya Gallacio's installation "That Open Space Within 2008" and loved it.

Sarah Hough's stylish notebooks

Well, another week and another fantastic stationery brand to write about! I have just added these lovely mini notebooks to the site. Designed by Sarah Hough, they are made from 100% recycled paper and printed in England using vegetable inks. I love the fact that Sarah is so inspired by the Dorset countryside, where she lives and works.

Autumn in the air

There is a real feel of autumn in the air today! It was quite chilly this morning when we left the house and I have noticed that the trees on our street are starting to shed golden yellow leaves.
A woody scent in the air reminded me of a wonderful trip which we took along the East Coast of the US last year- I have posted a picture of how the trees looked when we were there- a riot of crimson and gold.
